The print reminded me of one of my favorite poems (see above) so I decided to put together an outfit inspired by the poem, which was perfect for today's rainy, grey weather. My Anthro floral capelet was perfect for the "petals on a wet, black bough" and I paired it with a column of black and my waterproof, grey patent boots. Flashes of gold and silver jewelry pop out from the dark background. I admit the subway tote is probably a little bit too light for the rest of the outfit, but I was totally enamored of the idea of dressing like the poem, so I just went with it.</p> <p>Wearing: Anthro capelet, BR top and pants, Naot boots, Sydney Love bag, Ariane Arazi cuff bracelet, Etsy necklace. </p>
