The Betty Ford Center was great (customs asked awkward questions when I told them I was there) and I learned a lot about myself and my identity as a therapist. </p> <p>Man, you Americans are lucky! I made it to a Saks off Fifth, a Last Call and a Nordies Rack. You guys have SO MUCH SELECTION. And the grocery store is so amazing!!!
