My usual size is 7.5; occasionally I can wear a 7 in a flat but I think Cole Haan tends to run narrow so I went with the 7.5. Length wise I maybe could have worn the 7 but the 7.5 is comfortable in the width. I've got the Skylar's in a different colour in my cart but can't find out about the width and some of the reviews have indicated they are very narrow, which my foot is not. The top is a shimmery ink blue coated sweater that I found, unexpectedly, at Coldwater Creek.. I like that the hem is curved and longer in the back and the inside is surprisingly quite soft. </p> <p>I added a bit of matchy matchy with a lemon amber ring to match my shoelaces. </p> <p>The shoes are definitely noticeable; I've already gotten several comments.....at least most of them were compliments! </p>
