DV, thanks. I cannot really describe the texture of this coat but there is embroidery throughout which adds dimension. I will try posting a better photo of the coat. Sounds like a song title! Love the cozy sweater. The purple is a great color, and I the silhouette is a nice balance of drape and structure. My favorite view is #3, with the sweater closed and the scarf closed to your face. Do you have any nude or light gray trouser socks? With the patent, for some reason, I like the idea of a lighter sock to echo not just the color, but the texture of the shiny leather. I've been looking for nude trouser socks --- maybe a micro fishnet -- but have yet to find them. Of course, the first priority is always keeping the feed warm! Today I wore my gray sweater alongwith the black trousers. I added a blue/purple muffler for warmth. And I completed the look by wearing my overcoat and gray flats. Photo no.1 shows the sweater, trousers and muffler combo. Photo no.2 shows how actually I was all day long with the overcoat (unbuttoned). In photo no.3 I buttoned up the coat to give an idea of the fit of the coat (I had it buttoned while I was commuting to and from work). How does the outfit look? Too dull? You all know I'm a sucker for colour! Feedback always welcome.
