I went to Nordies to look at boots and a sweater. They didn't have the sweater in store and their only boots were Uggs and gear boots. I don't hate on Uggs but the fit on current styles is terrible on me. The SA suggested I try Aldos. I hit all the shoe stores on the way to Aldos and ended up with these.
