				<description>&#060;p&#062;Joined the local Y.  They have a pretty nice facility and it is only a short commute from our new home.  They have a pool and spin classes in addition to weight room and lots of fitness classes of various sorts.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;That said, I had the week off, and visitors.  Got in two swims, one spin class, no runs.  </description>

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Not a good week. Halloween on top of October travel usually sends me on an upward trend. Cold and rainy days (hooray for rain) kept me inside and feeling lethargic.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Goals for this week--figure out what to do with leftover candy, stop the daily wine, and get back on the exercise schedule. We didn't have the usual Halloween traffic because of the weather.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Too much candy over here and the weather has definitely cooled off--I know this because it makes me want to stay indoors. Exercise and diet has been okay. My weight is still the same--teetering on the lower end of normal so I guess that's good. Still trying to do kettlebells 2-3 times a week and to maintain a daily walking/jogging routine. I managed 100 miles for the month of October. I think rather than set weekly goals for mileage, I'm going to go for monthly--mostly so I don't obsess so much.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
