Shocking, I know!!&nbsp; </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw---zara-purchases-and-new-oxfords#post-1382578 Fri, 24 Oct 2014 14:36:02 +0000 cheryle (Dianthus) 1382578@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>Good morning fabbers,</p> <p>I went to Zara while in Toronto last week (TO purchases are my theme this week) and was specifically looking for these pants in grey.&nbsp; I found them in one store but there were only a few in XS and XL.&nbsp; I went to Queen street store and they had them in houndstooth and navy pinstripe.&nbsp; I bought the navy.&nbsp; I would have liked a touch more fluidity but the size up looked very sloppy so I went with this size.&nbsp; Fluid enough??&nbsp; I also bought the navy/white striped top so am wearing stripes with stripes but to my eye it works because one is very subtle and the other is very bold.&nbsp; I added my new pewter oxfords which I am loving, a watch and a chunky necklace.&nbsp; I am not sure about the accessories.&nbsp; I tried black and white pearls first but it didn't look right.</p> <p>The pants cover the socks but pulled up when I took the close-up photo to show the detail of the print and shoe.&nbsp; The shoes aren't this bright either - flash impact at play.</p> <p>Pants:&nbsp; Zara<br />Top:&nbsp; Zara<br />Shoes:&nbsp; Earthies</p> <p>What do you think?&nbsp; Any suggestions for alternate ways to wear these pants or suggestions to improve the outfit?</p> <p>I also bought a fine merino sweater in a loose fit that has wider horizontal strips in navy/white and am going to give layering one more try but not today since i had a busy morning. </p>
