Making a straight skirt out of it sounds like another possibility. I might think about that when Diana's suggestion doesn't work out. The sandals are fairly new, yes. They were on sale and definitely a great buy, although they aren't THE summer sandals. I found that they are comfortable for a while, but not for a whole day of walking when it's hot. I still need my birks for that. And yes, Think! shoes are lovely! I do know the brand and there's even a Think! store here in Berlin.
