Sometimes the saturation/warmth/etc is just a little bit off and it bothers me almost as much as wearing the wrong greys together. I think I'd try a column of black or white under the cobalt coat, and see if that helps it sing. And I realized that Angie's persona post might clarify why I don't align with any one fashion persona. Or maybe I do and I just don't see it? What I do love is to juxtapose styles and pieces. Pretty and tough, vintage and current, etc.</p> <p>#1 - Long brown vintage coat, vintage cashmere sweater, vintage bag, combined with current jeans and sneakers<br />#2 Pink and pretty vintage coat combined with tougher Doc Martens and tough bag.<br />#3 Blue vintage statement coat worn with basic sweater and platform sneakers. This was the least satisfying - maybe because it is the least juxtaposition?</p> <p>Everything I am wearing in these photos is second hand.<br />Any comments or thoughts about coats, personas or lack thereof welcome! </p>
