I just came back home and I loved the movie, but then I'm a fan of both The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. I loved reading both books as a child and The Hobbit still has a special place on my bookshelf (I have it both in English and in German). I also remember reading it aloud in its entirety when I was a teen, to my sister who couldn't read it herself yet.
