Or maybe they are, but super-cool-RATE old lady.) </p> <p>The crossbody strap length looks fine to me. This is the length I actually prefer for comfort, although I usually wear mine with the bag in back/side. If the strap is too long, it bumps all over my pear when I walk. I can understand why the bright blazer is a new favorite - looks incredible and so versatile.<br /> Cross bodys are so hard! I have a hard time with them between the strap sitting in middle of bust line and bag hitting the belly - mostly I go for arm bag or a really long strap on cross body so I can do a hip sling. I like the bag but agree it looks better as a shoulder bag than cross body style. However, often practicality over rules fashion so don't hesitate to wear it across your body when you need to! Funny story - on another forum that I participate in (not fashion-oritented but a general "women's" group - someone asked for advice on comfortable shoes of long hours of walking. I posted a link to these Born oxfords, and got a comment "comfort does not mean I have to wear old lady shoes". I actually find these shoes to be cool in a retro kind of way and as a bonus they are extremely comfortable so I decided to pair them with the cobalt jeans for a change of pace (normally I wear these jeans with a bit of a heel).</p> <p>Comments and critiques are always welcome!
