Especially since I tend NOT to wear jackets which means I usually have to look for visual interest in different places; color, pattern, texture, and garment cut make the most difference. As others have said this shirt provides plenty of interest on its own with the colorful and busy print. If I were to wear this outfit I would tuck and maybe add a belt to create a little more visual interest and structure, and then pop on some big glam earrings. If you feel like you need to add something, go for it.
