I can't see anything else, sorry! :-)&nbsp;</p> <p>I can tell you that sometimes the VC skirts do work with tights. Last year I tried mine on with tights and it was a no-go -- too much bunching and twisting. This year I tried and it seemed fine. I have no idea what the difference was. I've put mine away for the season anyway, though...I just prefer more structured lined skirts in winter for the cold we get. I hope you can figure out how to wear the tube skirts because they look so good on you. Love the stripes and berry in 1--I always tend to wear blue with my striped one so this is a great reminder to use color. Fun pattern mixing in 4--I love that floral top. It's so versatile, isn't it! I just wish the cuffs weren't so wide.&nbsp;&nbsp;I think 2 just needs a semi tuck or something to add a little structure.&nbsp; </p> <p></p> <p>ETA: Love the Fryes!</p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw---transitioning-to-cold-weather-and-a-new-vince-colorblock-sweater#post-1062502 Fri, 25 Oct 2013 02:11:50 +0000 Makrame 1062502@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>We've had a nice start of the week followed by lake effect rain and posssibly snow - so you can sort of see a progression of outfits from warm weather to bundling up for the cold (1-4).</p> <p>#1 - I am so used to this striped Loft blazer now, I am not sure why I used to think it was "too loud".</p> <p>I was not so sure about #2 - for some reason it reminded me of pajamas. &nbsp;I tried adding a structured bag to see if it helps. &nbsp;</p> <p>#3 - first outing of the BR Sloan trousers. &nbsp;Very comfortable!</p> <p>#4 made use of the new Frye Veronicas. &nbsp;I was tempted to wear the Spiegel jacket again but together with the moto boots it gave off a "biker wannabe vibe" so I went with the Loft anorak instead. &nbsp;I went with the navy bag but I think the taupe might have been better.</p> <p>#5 - new Vince sweater (tags still on). &nbsp;What do you think? &nbsp;I need to figure out how to wear these tube skirts with tights - I would love to be able to continue wearing them in the cold weather. </p>
