I vote outdated and onto to the next fab coat.&nbsp; </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw---the-man-coat#post-1119155 Fri, 20 Dec 2013 22:37:22 +0000 Jeanie 1119155@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>Today I was inspired by the man coat in this Pinterest. &nbsp;Like Diane G, this is my first Pinterest inspired look. &nbsp;I have been wanting to wear my old 80's oversized man coat but it isn't terribly warm. &nbsp;Today's warmer weather seemed like the perfect day to try it out. &nbsp;(Felix, my black cat seemed interested in checking out the good weather too). &nbsp;I wish I had the cute little oxfords like the Pin so I will put those on my wish list. &nbsp; The scarves in the pics are old scarves that I "acquired" from my dad so I liked their male influence. &nbsp;I tried the red and black one first but decided on the cream and black one. &nbsp;I thought color would be good, like the PIN,&nbsp;but after seeing the pics the softer colors seemed better.&nbsp;&nbsp;I had to walk the dogs first and it was raining&nbsp;so I first put on these Merrell galoshes. &nbsp;They reminded me of the old rubber galoshes that my dad used to wear over his shoes. &nbsp;After dog walking I did some Christmas shopping so I wore these old high heeled loafers. &nbsp;Does anybody wear these anymore? &nbsp;I thought they looked pretty good and gave me some more height that was helpful with the oversized coat.&nbsp;&nbsp;I felt happy in this outfit though I have been steering away from black. &nbsp;Does the cream soften it up enough. &nbsp;Should I continue to hang onto this coat or is it too outdated? &nbsp;Note:These are pre make up and hair.&nbsp; </p>
