Although my hair is fully silver the very lower nape is still fully dark brown! It doesn't show unless I wear a ponytail. This is when I don't apply copper toner of course. It also causes a lot of judgement sometimes. When I first started growing it out years ago I got a LOT of pushback from both men and women, in both professional and personal settings. I was quite surprised by that, but clearly those opinions didn't matter, because I haven't dyed my hair in many years. I wish it was more uniform in color and I actually think the greys are striking to look at. It's certainly more unique, because no two people will have the exact same grey haired pattern. I don’t order from the US to New Zealand although a lot of your stores will ship here. The exchange rate is a big problem, I think recently 1 NZ dollar is only worth around 58 US cents. I am also not that happy about shipping parcels across the world just for me? I do it from Australia for shoes at times though…I’m not sure if I am being any more sustainable by not doing it since so many of our clothes and shoes are imported anyway. It’s a personal discomfort with it I suppose.<br /> The way I use Finds is to get an overview of the kinds of things that constantly catch my eye. When I look back on them, I can see heaps of pleated skirts, refined booties, etc. I don’t own a longer pleated skirt but my tulle skirt probably fills the same role.<br /> I sympathise about your greys not growing down far enough! My most grey area (it’s white now) is right at the front, so I am not sure what would happen if my hair were not always in a pixie cut. Good on you for coping with it! Indeed, the floral daisy cardigan I have also has a fun flower print to it (I included in the finds).</p> <p>I started growing out my grays 6-7 years ago and I'm 100% frustrated with my hair. No matter how short I cut it, the greys just never seem to fill out the bottom half, so I always look like I'm growing it out. </p> <p>Maybe I just have extremely slow growing hair? Or the greys keep breaking before they get too long?</p> <p>I suppose I could try an even shorter length to see if that evens out the color but I'm not really interested in going shorter than what I have now. Alas, I am stuck with the uneven look unless it either grows longer or I finally cave and go even shorter.&nbsp;</p> <p>And thank you for the kind words, Thanksgiving was a lovely, relaxing day at home. :)</p> <p><b>Janet </b>- I find cutting hair myself is a challenge and it's one reason why I don't maintain the shorter length, I'm just too lazy to cut it frequently. The Franco Sarto booties are so comfortable, I own them in three colors, a black pair from last year's style, and this year I picked two more, the red worn in <a rel="nofollow" href="https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw---finally-a-sweater">this WIW post</a>, and the white pair worn for Thanksgiving. </p> <p>I like these booties because the toe box is generous, the heel height is low, and I can wear them all day.
