The jacket isn't an exact match to the green in the skirt, but it's close. I really like the way it picks up the color, the skirt doesn't seem to be as dark paired with the jacket. And I agree, good tights for pale legs are hard to find! The black ballet flats are my only real option at the moment, when it comes to shoes I can wear with skirts and tights (besides my boots of course). I could wear the newly glued oxfords, but otherwise I only have the burgundy sneakers and those don't go so well with a skirt. Like I said, I need more shoes! I wore the plaid skirt with the green denim jacket a while ago and planned to wear the combination again in warmer weather. I had a bit of a problem to find spring appropriate hose, I really need to buy some light colored or nude options. The grey ones were the lightest ones I could find. Do you think it works? <br /><br />Oh and my ballet flats are more comfortable now, seems like my feet are slowly getting used to them again. And I took my oxfords and glued the soles together myself, we'll see how long it keeps. They're still horribly scuffed of course, so I'm going to look for a replacement all the same.<br />
