If you want a different color near your face, layer a thin turtleneck under the sweater so that the edge just peeks out above the sweater neckline. I do this to protect my neck from the wool of high-necked sweaters. You could also wrap a scarf around your neck under the sweater. I just feel that maybe a necklace with a little more oomph may be a nice addition. </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw---sweaters#post-1421498 Fri, 09 Jan 2015 16:14:41 +0000 Sara L. 1421498@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>I've been reading and commenting when I can, but work and life are very busy right now.&nbsp; We're trying to get back in the swing of school, daycare, and work after taking time off over the holidays.&nbsp; We're also trying to figure out some home improvement projects.&nbsp; The kids really need a desk space and we have some preliminary plans to build a space for them, but need to do more work.&nbsp; </p> <p>#1 - Zara sweater from last year.&nbsp; I really like how this outfit came out.&nbsp; I've actually had some problems finding the right combination of pieces for this sweater and this is the first outfit that I really like with it.&nbsp; I think my problem is that the color is warmer than I usually wear.<br />#2 - Thrifted cardigan and new Jag jeans.&nbsp; I love how comfortable these jeans are and the neutral colorblocking on the sweater.<br />#3 - Another thrifted cardigan with black tapered trousers.<br />#4/5 - Same new Jag jeans and lace patterned mesh top.&nbsp; I added a sweater vest with a hoodie for more warmth and fun.</p> <p>Thanks for looking and any comments or suggestions are more than welcome.</p>
