A step up would be a plain tee with a Ripskirt. </p> <p>Today I’m venturing into my studio to gather some samples of prints to show to a client tomorrow (a social distancing outdoor meeting, so I’ll need to “dress” for that too). Plus I had to go to the post office and I have another quick errand on the way home. These are the things that qualify for occasions to “dress up” these days, LOL!</p> <p>I decided to finally give the COS dress I bought last summer an outing. It would have gotten a lot more wear this summer if we weren’t staying at home all the time. Hubs likes this on me, even though it’s really waist-surrendering and not conventionally flattering. It catches the breeze nicely, which you can kind of see in one photo, where our ceiling fan has sort of puffed out one side of the skirt. It’s loose and comfortable in the heat, but the asymmetry and the zipper add some *me* to it. </p> <p>Worn with Pikolonos sandals and Minkoff backpack. Silver earrings (not dangly so as not to interfere with mask), and silver and shell ring. </p> <p>Pardon the goofy ponytail holder on my wrist — it’s a constant these days as I am always pulling my hair back out of my face. My hair isn’t dry yet in the photo so it’s not at full volume here, LOL. The grey is more apparent all the time. I’m feeling more neutral about it, I guess I’m just getting used to it. Not hating it or liking it — it just is what it is. I keep hacking at my bangs from time to time as the rest continues to grow out. </p>
