I think the problem with #2 is the necklace and the neckline aren't quite right together. Loads of other good observations that I learned from, thanks for posting it.

I really like the dress on you ( ditto on the casual shoe ) and I like your outfit with the scarf .

3 and 4 are great. No changes required. The mix of bare ankle with scarf is a great example of the irregular outfit juxtaposition trend Angie blogs about.

I actually love #2 but the necklace seems a bit dressy for the casual vibe of the rest of it. A hat would be a cute accessory with the sporty vibe of this outfit.

And I agree with you on the fabric of #5. This fabric looks more like a jacket cotton, kind of rigid and more crisp.

I am glad your feelings weren't hurt. Have you tried wearing the top with denim( a skirt or jeans?)

I think #1 might work with jeans. Maybe a BF or slightly distressed jeans and a pair of taupe peep toed booties.

#2 I like the color, but the top looks a tad clingy.

I like #3 and #4, but it does look better without the blazer, and I'd try a lighter weight scarf.

I also like the dress in #5, and I'd keep it until you find a suitable replacement.

Don't worry about hurting my feelings or apologizing, I know these aren't great outfits. They're not terrible but they need some help/changes.

They are not that bad!!

I agree 3 and 4 are good especially 4 which is stunning!

I like 5 too, I could also see it with casual shoes and no belt?

In 2 I think either a lighter shoe or a darker necklace might help - or a darker scarf. In saying that I like the outfit.

I think 1 does not really work- the colours are a little dull/mismatched together. Sorry!

1. Maybe the sweater could be worn with jeans?
2. I really like the colors. The tee seems a bit too clingy.
3/4. I see nothing wrong with this outfit. How do the slacks look unrolled? Maybe a scarf without fringe? It looks a little wintery for the sleeveless top.
5. I like the dress.. If it is cotton, keep washing it and it will soften up.
I miss seeing your kitty.

I don't think any of these are duds. Maybe they are not your best, but they are not cringe-worthy either. I quite like #5, and agree a more casual shoe would be a great option.

Hi Sara, would you be very upset if I told you I don't really like the top on #1 for you?

I like #3,4 as they are. Maybe you were just not feeling the outfit on that day? Sometimes it happens.

#2 I cannot put my finger on what it is. I like the top with the pants . What color/material is the necklace?

#5 looks good. I would wear it with a more casual shoe.

Ok, the last post had the best of my recent spring styles. In the interest of keeping it real, here's some not-so-good outfits:

#1 - The top and bottom didn't match (at least to my eye), the top is more taupe and the pants a warmer tan. It looked better with boots but I was shoe shopping so wanted shoes that were easy on and off.
#2 - Maybe I should have worn a heel or lost the necklace? Something just seemed off.
#3/4 - I liked this outfit better without the blazer, but it was too cold in the morning to go sleeveless. I felt like the top half looked very bundled up with the blazer and then the bottom half looked mismatched with bare ankles and no socks.
#5 - I wish this dress was made from a softer fabrication. I don't like the stiffness of the material. I've looked but haven't found a good replacement yet.

What do you ladies think? Any suggestions or comments are more than welcome.
