If you want to make it more maximal, you could add a chunky necklace that dips down to near the top of the cami or a heavy gold chain bracelet (but I hate those for work--they always get in the way when I'm typing!). Shoes, though, would be my go to. It is a real leap to get your first pair of non-basic shoes, but I've fallen in love with mine. Maybe start simple by seeing what is the primary color in your wardrobe and getting something classic in that color? Don't just get it because of this outfit, though.
