I've never been to the shop but the other day&nbsp;I chased down their mobile operation on the market on a tip-off from a friend.&nbsp;Right now they're sitting on an archive of fantastic handmade jewellery from a local artist who passed a few years ago. I had a chat with the guys on the stall&nbsp;and bought a rather beautiful ring. </p> <p>They seem like good people. Ring from an artisan jeweler in Reykjavik, and the new sunglasses arrived today from Dr Spectacles in the Negen Straatjes district of Amsterdam! They had to replace the existing lenses with my prescription, and they did an amazing job. I will have to baby these sunglasses simce they are quite old (1930s) and a bit fragile, but I'm prepared to do that! I'll wear my more sturdy aviators for rugged wear. </p>
