Why?<br /> When I first saw it it was love at first sight, but I thought "it's too nice for me". I didn't buy it because it was a bit expensive. Then it went on sale and I still didn't get it. I think I felt it was nicer than I "needed". Then it clearanced for half off that and I bought it. I enjoy dressing down nice items and dressing up casual items so why didn't I do that with this yet? I staged it last night and then realized that I'd come up with Angie's Statement Skirt ensemble. I am a little embarrassed to admit I have another skirt which I feel the same way about (except I paid full price) which I hope to wear soon. I have a very high outfit happiness factor today! </p>
