I'd rather take care that the clothes work with the Birks - they are just the most comfortable shoes I can imagine for really warm days. It definitely works with my other one, it fits just like the green one below. It's a bit long to work well with this one, because of the flare of the skirt and the banded hem on the sweater. Yes, it's a great dark purple. And it's different enough to the other one that I'm going to get good use out of both colors. The hair is shorter right now, on top too. The waves are only showing with a bit of length. It feels rather more retro to me than some of my other looks. Do you think it works?</p> <p>I've also had another haircut, this time making a few adjustments. The sides and back are shorter than they've been so far and my ears are free. I really like it, although it feels like a completely new look again. </p> <p>Oh and the purple lambswool sweater arrived this morning. It fits just as well as the other one and the color is lovely. It's on the laundry rack right now, but I'll take some pictures of it when there's an outfit. </p>
