This shape of skirt is so brilliant on you. #1 is just the perfect silhouette with that great shirt and belt. Gorgeous!

You are the Queen of flared skirts! These are both beautiful on you. I love both #1, #2 and #4, which is beyond gorgeous. Love the bright aqua against your coloring, too!

That is one versatile skirt! But I must say that I loved the drama of the last one most. But I an high contrast! HIGH FIVE on the anti-pencil skirt attitude. I might rock a pencil with my generous bottom half, so sexy huh, but so so annoying trying to sit down in one. It just wants to slide up and reveal half my thighs and twists around when I walk. Grrr. And anyway, I don't wanna be sexy. Why don't you do pencils? We have similar shapes you know.

You always look gorgeous! 1/2 is so you! Love it. That skirt has become a workhorse. 3 works but I do have a personable preference for wearing that style of top over pants rather than skirts, and 4 is lovely.

Love the proportions in 1 and 2 K.C.
I am with you on 3, but only being super picky 'cause you set the bar so high in your W.I.Ws!
Still hot here but the nights are growing cooler- my favourite time of the year I think.

Wow as usual kiwi!! I love, love #1, 2 & 4. Both of those skirts look so flattering. What an awesome thrift find. To my eye #3 is fine but not the best I've seen on you. You look so good with your waist defined with your Aline skirts.

So wonderful to see you rocking the skirts! #4 is my favorite, although I love 1/2 for early autumn!

As for 3 --- this works, but I think it shines best with pants. You have so many nice floaty tops that you probably don't need it to work "both ways" unless its part of a travel capsule.

I love 1&2. Wow! That skirt is off the charts awesome on you, and I love how you tamed the blouse with the wide belt. Just perfect!

I love #1 & 2. The skirt is so darn flattering on you! I think the belt is genius because it highlights your tiny waist. FABULOUS!

I am torn on #3 I if I could see that there was separation between the arms and your torso I would say it's a do, but the angle doesn't show me that. I like the idea of it because it looks like an empire dress. If there isn't enough separation between the sleeves and your torso I say do with a black skinny jean instead. I love the print and the shape otherwise. Simply lovely.

#3 I love the print on the skirt and b/w and aqua is always a wonderful combo. I'm biased because I love blues but they seem to love your coloring too!

I'm new to the forum, but have been following for about 6 months before joining. I love your WIW for the consistent elegance you project in you clothes. You always look very 'high end'. I can't believe the skirt in # 4 is thrifted. Sublime!

Wow! You rock that ponte skirt Kiwi - it is such a beautiful shape and length on you. And I think the proportions are fine in #3 although I will confess that I have a slight preference for it with trousers. And that aqua colour on you is AMAZING! Love the cropped card with this incredible full skirt - beautiful, beautiful outfit.

A few work outfits from the last couple of weeks. I'm now getting a lot of wear out of the black ponte skirt I purchased in winter. I'm wearing it with a couple of old favourites - my black & white butterfly print hi-lo top (1&2) and my floaty gypsy print empire line top (3).

Not sure if the proportions in 3 really work with volume on top and bottom and the sandals in 3 are a little bit old ladyish with the skirt but my feet needed a rest. Do you think this is ok or should I save this top to wear over jeans or trousers (I don't do pencil skirts).

I'm also wearing one of my thrifted full skirts with a black cami and favourite aqua cardi (4 ).

We are in for a long hot autumn so I won't need to think about how I winterise any of my skirt looks for a month or so yet. But if you have any suggestions feel free to share.
