This has been my experience, too, by the way...I like a regular length sweater with some shirttails peeking out (on me) much more than the cropped sweater with shirt peeking out. It&nbsp;looks like it will be a very versatile piece. </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw---recent-outfits#post-1434749 Fri, 30 Jan 2015 21:47:33 +0000 Sara L. 1434749@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>#1/2 - I was inspired by Suz's outfit lab post yesterday to layer a button down under a short sweater with skinnies.&nbsp; I know her post was about a failed outfit but I really liked it.&nbsp; My sweater isn't really cropped&nbsp;like hers was.&nbsp;I tried it alone with the jeans but didn't like it that much.&nbsp; I prefer it layered over the longer white shirt with the skinny jeans.&nbsp; It would probably look fine with bootcuts but all my bootcut jeans need to be re-hemmed for shorter heels.&nbsp; </p> <p>#3/4 - My sister gave me this fabulous necklace for Christmas.&nbsp; I wore it with this new thrifted black sweater.&nbsp; The black points of the necklace don't show up well against the sweater so I'm excited to wear it again with a lighter colored top.&nbsp; (DH never tells me when my outfits are rumpled).</p> <p>#5 - Brown and black.&nbsp; </p> <p>#6 - Brown cowboy-ish boots.&nbsp; I love skinnies and tall boots but sometimes I get a little sick of wearing my tall boots all the time.&nbsp; These are different enough that they keep me from getting bored.&nbsp; </p> <p>Thanks for looking and any comments or suggestions are more than welcome.&nbsp; I know I haven't been on the forum much recently, but I've been trying to at least read a few posts every day even if I don't have time to comment.&nbsp; </p>
