I thought losing 15 would where I would stop, but another 5 lbs came off shortly there after. Then I bounced up and down, up quickly when I travel, then back down slowly when I'm home. I've been steadier for the past 9 months, still popping up a bit now and then, but not as high, and taking it off more quickly. </p> <p>I am finding seasonal patterns in my weight, usually highest in fall and lowest in spring. (I travel a lot in summer and cross country ski most days in winter.). But right now I'm actually at the lowest end of my range because I'm figuring some things out. So I am only now feeling like this may be my settled point. I was never sure if I am long or short waisted, but the fact is that the waist on most dresses is hitting me above my natural waist.
