Thank you Sharan! I agree about olive and black! And as for the floral top in #5, every time I wear it I pair it with something different and I always feel fab! I am feeling better thanks, though now I'm nursing some kind of knee injury from volleyball. UGH!

Both of your work outfits are fantastic, Donna. I love the tougher vibe of 4 with the moto vest, gladiators, and the dark colors (olive and black--a great combo in my book!). And the white pants, floral top, and pumps is so pretty and feminine and looks equally great on you. Fun shots of your bike ride day, too. I hope you're feeling better!

Thanks binkle, I do sometimes wear sleeves with vests too! :)
Thanks Aida I may try that with a column of color.
Thank you Smittie! That's it exactly! You also see how hard it is when you don't get to ride for awhile and then when you do get back out there and can't make some of the stuff you used to breeze through!
Thank you Angie and Caro and for the hair compliments!
Thank you Tanya and Brooklyn!

Looking fab. I like the double sleeveless look with the vest (I am into that as well). And you look seriously glam in the last outfit. No additions needed IMO.

#5 is really great on you Donna. I think it is really an excellent silhouette on you. The colours and flowery top are very summery too.
The gnome home is so fun :)
I love mountain biking! It's one of those sports where I forget how hard I'm working and only at the end of the ride do I notice how incredibly tired I am!

Fun! I'd be inclined to try wearing the top/scarf together if you had a topper (either a jacket or a vest) to break the print up a bit OR with a full column of one color for the bottom half (white, tan or black). Though most likely I'd end up the same as you and skip it altogether. The skirt looks pretty, too!

Thank you Aida! Double sleeveless does seem to work out pretty often for me. Yes to the scarf is detachable, it's on the counter in the photo. I also have the skirt, but I've never worn any of the three items together.

Outfit 2 is lovely, has that "uplifting" effect to the figure and spirit. It really clicks with me. Outfit 1 - Just my own eye, but I guess I always like a bit of sleeve with a vest, even a little cap sleeve, in a different color than a vest, like a low contrast grey if you want to keep the tones close together?

Oh no, sorry to hear you're sick! Hope that turns around quickly. Beautiful bike ride photos Sounds like you've got a great plan in place for both the activity and post-activity bits. LOVE that first outfit on you! Double sleeveless is always fun. Second work look is also fab. Looks good clean as you have it. Is the scarf a detachable part of the top?

I was planning to do a separate weekend WIW from my work WIWs but then I realized I didn't really wear "clothes" this weekend!!!
It was really hot and DH had off Sunday so we did a mountain bike ride around a local lake. #1 is a pic of the entrance to the trails.
#2 There is a "gnome home" inside the hollow of a tree. Someone installed an authentic door. If you look closely you've been mooned! #3 is an after shot, thank goodness for the breeze, hot though it was. I'm wearing my go to missoni skirt (remove bike shorts, pull it up over pads, remove pads, don undies, done!) and local bike shop T (harder to change into due to sweatiness). Straight to local ice cream shop for Creamy Caramel Cashew!
#4 Monday for work. This black moto vest was my first Angie ensemble purchase straight off of her polypore set (my second YLF inspired purchase). I wear it every once in a while when I think it goes just so well. With CK black tank, JJill olive pencil skirt and SL black gladiator sandals. Old silver/green earrings and black/silver cuff.
#5 Tuesday for work. JJill grapevine tank, Talbots white jeans, Sole Society Emmaa pumps. Interestingly enough the pumps were my third YLF inspired purchase. I thought no jewelry was the way to go. I played around with the same print as the top scarf, tying it neckerchief style and infinity style but ending up liking it better without it.
Wednesday was a sick day... rest of week went downhill from there. : (
Thanks for looking and as always, critiques, comments and suggestions welcome!
