I think the skirt is just a little too long for the top in the first outfit, not vice versa (if it's a tube skirt I would try hitching it to just above the knee level, I think that could make a difference). I also think the fabric of the striped top looks a little too sheer and too casual for the (dressier) floral skirt. The skirt might need a more substantial top. The pattern mix is fine. So I think there is potential to experiment there if you like the look. I thought the top&nbsp;overwhelmed me.&nbsp; I take pictures as I'm walking out the door so I had to do a fast change to avoid being late to work.&nbsp; I pulled this white asymmetric top out since I didn't have to change any of the other pieces of my outfit.&nbsp; I thought it looked much better. </p> <p>So, what do you guys think?&nbsp; Did I make a good choice?&nbsp; Should I have stuck with the original top?</p>
