(Literally). I developed it from a supposedly ergonomic chair! It took a while (and physio) but it did go away in time and has not come back, although I do have to take care of that piriformis muscle.&nbsp;</p> <p>You look sensational in that sweater -- so lovely!! I have sciatica flaring up which I know is psychosomatic but still hasn't abated yet, ditto my eczema, my hair is a mess, I can't wear makeup, cases of Covid are up in Ontario, my shorts are in dire need of replacement as they are getting so worn out ...</p> <p>On the other hand ... after starting last weekend with a dusting of snow, today it's well and truly summer weather, the blossom trees in the neighbourhood are in full bloom, I love my new Nordie's linen-blend cardigan (first Nordie's purchase!), my family is safe and healthy, our long-awaited pool is open, and I'm wearing my favourite graphic tee - radiating circles surrounding the phrase "positive energy", from my fave local shop, Life Is Good (organic, super-soft and comfy cotton clothing).&nbsp;</p> <p>My base avatar today is my "coastal [better for me than Cali] wannabe" - but with a good dose of frazzled, anxious hot mess thrown in to keep it real :D</p> <p>As in life, so in style - you take the good with the bad!
