You must have looked fabulous!&nbsp;<br />We have a tradition of driving out to a dark park to see the&nbsp;Persied meteor shower too, but this year everyone was too exhausted to get up for it. Earlier in July we vacationed in a remote area and saw shooting stars every clear night we were there, one night while sipping some pastis my sister brought back from France. On my 8th birthday (I think it was 8th, may have been a little younger), my dad hauled me and my siblings out of bed at 4 AM, pulling us out into the yard to look up. I was half out of it, groggy from sleep, standing in nightgown and bare feet in dew-soaked grass. I looked up, and saw the sky falling in a spectacular manner. Seven of us, including myself, drove away from the city lights and went to a dark park. Two of us had reclining camping chairs while the rest of us laid down a large table cloth on the grass, foam camping mats on top of the table cloth and we even brought blankets to keep warm. We have plenty of snacks as well.</p> <p>This is the outfit I wore for watching the meteor showers away from the city with my group of friends for this super fun night!<br />1. sweater dress with frilly edge<br />2. dark tights<br />3. knee high rocket dog boots</p> <p>Btw, did anyone else attend a star party for the meteor shower too? </p>
