Good for you! Before YLF, I would also *save* my clothes. For what? My funeral? Can't be because I plan to be cremated and have a memorial service. I decided that I deserve to look better than a slob. I also recognized that something in me detests paying dry cleaner bills such that I rarely wore dry cleanable stuff so I am better off only buying machine washable or at least hand washable stuff. I am also learning how to dress down work wear, pattern mix, and be more creative with color combos so that is all serving to extend my wardrobe. </p> <p>My mom would always make me change my clothes when I got home from school, I guess to *save* them. How about yours?</p> <p>I must confess, I wear an apron a lot at home. It acts as a bib at meals, and protects my clothing against dust and dirt since I hate to dust and clean. You all have inspired me to dig deep into my closet and find things I can wear during this transitional period that are not the dreaded yoga pants. </p> <p>This is a good thing for another reason as well. I have a very casual lifestyle, and am also on team save it for later. The outfit I'm wearing today includes pieces I rarely wear because...I don't know why. I'm saving them for...something, apparently. Until they go out of style, probably. Please excuse the bad iPhone photos. One of the reasons I don't post photos very often is because I'm such a terrible photographer. It took me many tries to get even these! Ack. Also, I am aware that this outfit emphasizes my IT/apple tendencies in not the best way. Oh well.
