Give the highlights some time to settle in, and for you to get used to them. I always refrain from judging color until a week has passed, because either I adjust, or the color does. It looks like it hits your true waistline, which is higher than "jeans waistline" and usually the smallest part of a woman's torso. But the rest of your hair will blend as it lightens in the summer sun. </p> <p>Those spring winds sounds miserable. I live 10 min from RMNP, in CO.
