Maybe for the next suit a darker color, longer jacket, slightly nipped in at the waist? </p> <p>Or split up the suit and use as separates, using your fun style taste. I usually have to use a curling iron to get the top layers to cooperate.</p> <p>Rita, I know the pants are not going to pass a few style filters around here, but I like them this length. I feel like much shorter is pushing the work boundaries. I did turn the hem under once in #5 - so they are a bit shorter there. I think part of the reason things mix and match so easily is because I do so many neutrals. If I'm going to use color, it's usually just one piece with everything else being neutral. Angie was an *enormous* help editing my closet and helping me come up with styling options. She's also encouraged reducing the black and adding some color.
