BUT, I think what Angie has done so effectively is encouraged everyone to take a step beyond what they reflexively do when dressing. Kind of a reverse-Chanel. Instead of "take one thing off," everyone is "putting one thing on." I'm enjoying this challenge because the push has been for minimal for so long that I like seeing the scarves and bracelets coming out of hiding.&nbsp;</p> <p>For me, maximal = extreme. (This is just my opinion.) So something has to be <b><i></i></b><i>exaggerated</i><b></b>. Whether it's a part of the silhouette or pattern or color or size, something really big is going on.&nbsp;</p> <p>But regardless of that, I am loving seeing everyone take a step forward. It's like the forum is breathing more easily: we're generally less restrained. And I am in favor of that.</p> <p>You look fabulous in this outfit. My immediate reaction to Angie's maximal challenge was, 'i couldn't do that'. So of course I had to try!! I would call this definitely maximal-lite, but for me, there's a lot happening here, with the print in the scarf and belt AND a coloured top AND wide boot cut jeans AND non black shoes! I also have three bracelets on and a necklace under the scarf in case it comes off *gasps over-dramatically* :)<br /> What say you, am I anywhere in the vicinity at least?! </p>
