Lisa P - I'm not sure how much I'll wear them either.  I decided that since I wore white sandals and mules last summer a bunch that maybe that would translate to wearing white boots in the winter as well.  You'll notice that the outfit with the white boots is pretty low contrast.  It's going to take me a while to get used to the white boots and I'm trying to gradually ease into them. That chain works very well with the tunic and helps break up the long expanse of material. LOVE outfit 3! It's my fave. The snakeskin top is great and works so well with the booties. The fox sweater in 4 is too cute! It's a cute design, and I like the unusual combo of orange and gray. I like the combination of the more straight-cut sweater and the frilly skirt. Sara L. on "WIW - Maroon boots, white boots, chocolate brown boots" https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw---maroon-boots-white-boots-chocolate-brown-boots#post-1981230 Mon, 10 Dec 2018 17:39:36 +0000 Sara L. 1981230@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ Here's a couple outfits from our recent weekend trip to New Orleans.  It was just DH and I on this trip.  We've been before so didn't spend much time in the French Quarter this time (except in the evening).  We had a nice time although I hadn't been sleeping well the week before so still felt tired and run down.  Our waiter at breakfast the first day told me I looked like I needed to go back to bed. #1 - I wore this on our first day in New Orleans.  We went to the Art Museum, sculpture garden, and aquarium.  I changed in the evening (outfit not shown - it wasn't that great) before getting dinner and wandering down Bourbon and Frenchmen Streets.   #2 - Second day in NOLA - we took a harbor cruise, strolled the French Market, ate beignets, grilled oysters, and muffaletta sandwiches.  #3 - New white boots.  This was my first attempt at an outfit.  I got a couple compliments on them. #4 - I couldn't find my brown tights so wore orange sweater tights that sort of matched my sweater.   Thanks for looking and any comments or suggestions are more than welcome.
