I've just ordered it. And yes, I went down two sizes - I'm wearing the smallest size available (I'm not big on top). I would say the garment measurements are accurate, I'd just look at that to decide. Love the green too, but the blue is less expensive. Oh and it's definitely cropped, I'm petite and it looks better over a skirt on me.
