Regarding hair - I've been looking at vintage hair styles and cuts, and find them more inspiring than what is featured in magazines and blogs these days. Yesterday I read an article by a young woman who wanted a short cut that would translate for styles of the 30's to '50's. She got a chin length bob with some slight angled layering at the front. She already had 'Betty' bangs, but was planning on growing them a little longer. She could style her hair modern (straight) but some great retro curly styles that didn't read as overly retro as well. I couldn't find the site, but will do some more sleuthing and link it if I do. The dress remind me of some my old floral 90s baby doll dresses minus the short length.
