Last year I saw them on the streets but not now. Could it be that it is not cold enough for it? Or it’s already a fashion history? We went to a museum and for lunch out after. The temps are a bit milder today, only -2C and sunny, so wonderful to be out in the sun after weeks of gloomy weather. I can’t say I love either outfit, a bit disappointed with it. Something is off but not sure what.
