I might just leave the trousers as they are now. </p> <p>Lisa, thank you for the compliment. As many of us, I put on weight during the pandemic largely due to stress and comfort eating. Apart from not feeling very well physically, I was about to loose my entire wardrobe - in the end nothing fit properly. It was a wake up call and I changed my eating habits - not particularly drastically though, just little by little. In about six months I lost the additional weight and I am now back at the lower end of my usual weight interval. My old clothes fit well again, which I am grateful for.
