Get those sweaters - unless, like Lisa, they are mannish on you of course!<br />The mirror is slightly tilted on the floor, Angie, not mounted on the wall which gives that elongated distortion. If I stand it straight up I have to back up really far to get my whole body in the shot. You see I'm in the doorway as it is! My bedroom mirror is better but the room is dark so the photos I take there aren't great. I am 5'4".<br />Ophelia - I think I needed validation on my dislike of, and discomfort in, high rise pants &amp; jeans. I don't struggle with high rise pants; I avoid them entirely. They just don't work with every body type whether comfort or flattery wise.<br /> For me, they give me indigestion and longbutt. It's a lose/lose proposition. Got 2, bone and grey, and I have gotten compliments on them each time I've worn them. They just feel wonderful. Lightweight but cozy. I can't wear wool - not even a hint - so am always looking for great cotton options. Thanks for the recommendation, Angie! It's my first Everlane purchase and I'm a fan.</p> <p>Jeans are Gap Long &amp; Lean. They're the shorter length, and maybe not PPL with the Sam Edelman booties but good for sneakers, though I haven't gotten adjusted to flares and flats. I realize that I much prefer wearing mid-rise to high rise jeans and pants. I've struggled with the high rise style lately.</p> <p> </p>
