I saw this look (leopard + brown tights + brown boots) on Nina Van Horn on an old "Just Shoot Me" tv show and I gasped audibly. I then proceeded to put the outfit together and I'm very happy with it. My fascinator is a bit hard to see because of that darned festive autumn wreath just behind my head. It is an orange witch's hat with black spiderwebs on it, a tiny veil, and a few feathers. </p> <p>I got quite a few comments on the fascinator this morning at my Chamber of Commerce meeting, ranging from "I love love love your hat" from a friendly and fashionable woman, to a shocked "oh my god" from a man who, let's just say, is not a fashion plate.
