I also work in an office where anything goes but this would be too short for me. I tend to only wear this length if I am wearing say an opaque tight or leggings. But it really comes down to what you are comfortable with. I could also see this with a black blazer and your nude heeled sandals. I know in most offices this dress would be considered too short but our office is extremely casual - even in finance. The director I report to (mid-40s) wears dresses and skirts that are actually at least a few inches shorter than this one. A few of the girls also wear very short skirts and some pretty questionable tops so this is quite tame and covered for my environment. This is one of the dresses I bought with optical illusion stripes. On this one, the top is lighter to visually expand and balance. I used the white denim jacket to tone it down and pointy toes nude flats. I tried a necklace but changed my mind and took it off. I used a vintage (or just used) Coach bag in black. I like that it can be cross body or carried by the handle.</p> <p>For context, our office is extremely casual and almost anything goes. Having said that, I am wondering if it might be a touch short. What do you think of the fit, color, and length? </p>
