I work&nbsp;at a university, so my idea of&nbsp;business casual might be a bit more relaxed than most people's. I went with purple straight leg&nbsp;trousers and a cream blouse. I was initially going to go with a black cardigan but decided to go with a sort of &nbsp;column of color on top&nbsp;and wear my cream cardigan instead. And then I added the necklace for a little extra detail. I love the drape on this blouse and felt comfortable and&nbsp;put together (but not overdressed!).
