I vote semi-tuck the top with the tube skirt in #2; if the waist is high, you can get a cool arced draping effect from the semi tuck by tucking just the end in and letting the rest poof out.</p> <p>No real advice re the critters, but I agree with Rachy: the pup needs to learn the boundaries. My older cat was very upset the first time he met my sister's little dog, who also likes to chase. Kitty chased Puppy back once, then gave her such a stare that she threw up on the spot.
