It always amazes me at our restaurant how stingy people are about dessert. I mean, they eat huge burgers, a large order of fries, a 1000 calorie milk shake, but a piece of chocolate cake? Maybe we will share one piece between 5 people, if that. These are the same people who request an extra basket of bread and another side of gravy (gravy is pure fat). I remember a study where one group ate a high fat diet and the other, high sugar.
