I think that's where my aversion to button downs comes from. I only own two and they're both of the softer/drapier variety rather than the really structured kind. I always feel slightly strangled in stiffer ones, and it only gets worse under a fitted sweater. I grabbed one of the only two button-down shirts in my entire wardrobe, which is a multicolored plaid camp shirt, and paired it with this high-low hemline sweater. I meant to wear a pair of straight legs but grabbed these slim bootcuts by mistake and liked the relaxed&nbsp;look enough to keep them on&nbsp;for the day.&nbsp;</p> <p>This &nbsp;has a lot more color too it than I've been wearing recently, but it was a nice pick me up given the current frigid&nbsp;weather.</p> <p>And I realized that while&nbsp;I've only posted a handful of WIWs, this sweater already has a repeat.&nbsp;That's one way to know something is a workhouse!
