I run very cold and I live in Minnesota, and also, I love dresses and skirts. Wearing warm tights makes a huge difference for me. I have a pair of fleece tights (hoping to get a few more) plus some thick cotton-knit ones. And my resolutions have gone awry because I hate cold weather. Today, it’s rather chilly in New Hampshire and I’m feeling bitter about the temperature and no longer being on my warm Middle Eastern vacation. </p> <p>However, I did pull out this dress from the summer (there was a Paris WIW in August I think) and layer it up today. I wanted to do the blush sweater but the sweater ends above the place where the wrappy bit of the dress does, so I went with this green velvet blazer instead. Which would you have gone with? </p>
