Accident? So sorry to hear it! I dearly hope you were wearing a helmet. DH and I are cyclists, and he's had two spectacular crashes -- a car struck him at 45mph (he was riding with 3 police paramedics, thankfully), and his handlebar bolt sheared at 27mph, dropping the entire handlebar and brake assembly -- um.. not good. In both cases he walked away without an ER visit, and nothing beyond scary road rash and bruises. In both cases, his helmet took a big impact. </p> <p>Sounds like your shoulder took the brunt of things. Get well soon, and take comfort in the fact that you look fab! As for recovery, it's coming along. My shoulder is still achy and can't move it in certain directions so hopefully it will get better sooner rather than later.
