Great alterations & I like the sound of getting your hair shaped around your ears.

Thanks Karie! It's not feeling heavy, but it's definitely starting to stick out, like you said. I think I'm going to ask him to shape it more around the ears and take some length off there.

Your tailor did a great job, the skirt looks like it fits perfectly. I think your hair looks great as is. Are the sides feeling heavy? Mine gets that way and then starts sticking out where my big ears are, and I have my stylist shape it in that area. Maybe a bit off the back would be nice. It's hard to suggest on what looks like perfection as is!

Yay for good alterations! And skirts with pockets. I'm tempted to relocate to Germany just so I can use your tailor, hehe.

What great news on the skirt!!! Looks fab!! You look Parisienne chic :)

I think your hair is looking so great. I really have no advice in that respect.

Went and fetched my black skirt from alterations yesterday and it now sits on my waist again! No more sliding and shifting around. And they did it in a way that I still have my pockets! It really is unbelievable that this skirt is still alive, after so much wear for four years.

My peacoat is also better now with the slightly narrower shoulders. It will definitely need to be replaced in the near future, but I can wear it in the meantime without feeling off.

And the hair is getting rather long already. I have an appointment for December 16th, I thought I could ask him to go a bit shorter this time. Especially on the sides. What do you think?
