Do you know the trick of taking a scarf from one corner and letting it fall on the diagonal before you start the tie? That is another way to slim a bulky one (although yours doesn't look bulky), add some extra length, and supposedly having points instead of blunt ends is slimming. The colors in the scarf play well with the color of your top and jeans. Scarf placement and tying is tricky. Kudos to you for continuing to work at it.
